Description
The festival takes place on October 24, 2026 . Set up is from 2:30 -3:30 pm and breakdown is anytime after 8 pm. In order to ensure a variety of vendors and a good experience for everyone, acceptance as a Vendor at Festival at the Heights is at the discretion of the Leadership Committee.
Vendor registration fees: $75.00
Accommodations
No electricity available and no generators allowed. You must provide your own tent (up to 12 x12), tables and chairs. Help will be available for set up and breakdown. Booth placement is inside the gates of the iIxie Heights High School Stadium.
You are responsible for setting up and removing your product display, processing your sales transactions, and paying Kentucky sales & use taxes on your revenue. Additionally, you agree to hold DHHS Band Boosters harmless for any damage or loss you might incur through your participation in the Dixie Craft Fair.
NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS UNLESS EVENT IS CANCELLED.
