Festival at the Heights is accepting applications for Craft Vendors for the Marching Band Competition on October 24, 2026. Parents and fans from 11 schools will be in attendance, plus many local community members. We estimate an audience of several thousand people throughout the afternoon and evening at the Dixie Heights High School.
- There is a $75 Vendor Fee payable via credit card upon acceptance of application.
- Setup is from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
- This event is on October 24, 2026 at the Dixie Heights High School Football Field.
- Set-up is from 2:30-3:30 pm and that breakdown can happen after 8 pm.
- There is no electric available and that no generators are permitted (this is a music competition after all).
- This event is outside and that it will happen rain or shine unless there is extreme and unsafe weather.
- No tent, tables, and chairs provided.
- No food products are allowed.
- No refunds unless the event is cancelled.
