DH Marching Band 2023

2024 Marching Band fee payments

The fee of $400 is for every member of the band program (wind, percussion, and guard) to participate in the 2024 Marching Band. The band fee covers such expenses as instruction, music arrangement, drill arrangement, props, transportation, instrument/uniform maintenance, food, and contest entry fees. The Marching Band enrollment fee does not include items such as marching shoes, marching band bags, or additional spirit wear.

Band fees cover about half of the actual cost of putting our show on the field each season. Fundraising pays for the remainder of the costs we incur, which is why it’s so important for every able parent/guardian to volunteer for Boosters events.

Below are the dates when band fees are due. Our ability to provide students a worthwhile marching band season depends heavily on fees being paid in full and on time. If you have reason to believe your family will be unable to meet a payment deadline, please contact Ms. Shamblin or the Band Boosters Bursar.
