Truck rentals. Fuel. Uniforms. Props. Competition fees. Music licensing. Drill design. Arranging fees. Staff payroll. Student meals. Insurance premiums. Competing in the pageantry arts isn’t cheap.
Student membership fees cover a portion of the costs associated with the broad and immersive instrumental music education activities for which DH Bands are widely known. Without revenue from student fees, we would not be able to continue delivering the quality instruction and competitive experiences that profoundly enrich the academic careers of our students.
Information on individual fees is held in confidence between families, the band director and the bursar of the band boosters. Please email, call, or speak with Ms. Shamblin or the Booster Bursar should you have issues with paying your band fees.
Pay Online
The preferred method of payment is online via your CutTime account. Accessing CutTime requires current membership and a mobile phone.
Cash or checks (payable to Dixie Heights High School) to the Bursar or Treasurer are also accepted. Cash or checks should be in a sealed envelope with the student’s name and purpose of the payment. If you must mail a check, the address to mail to is below.
