Admission to Show As determined by KMEA, tickets are $10 per class event. This means that to view both AAAAA and AA tickets must be purchased separately ($20 total). Ticket holders for the AA event will not be admitted until the AAAAA event is completed. The bleachers WILL BE CLEARED at the end of the AAAAA regional. Bands who participate in the AAAAA class will have to pay admission to watch the AA competition. AA Bands arriving before the completion of the AAAAA competition will NOT be allowed in to watch AAAAA as well. REGIONALS EXPLANATION - This weekend will be different than the past competitions we have been to. We will only perform once and there will be no winner announced. This show is just to determine who the top 8 bands are in Class 5A on the Eastern half of the State. All of the bands we are competing against are the largest schools in the state and all in Class 5A. If we make the top 8 we advance to State on November 7th. The percussion and guard SHOULD be factored into the overall picture of the show (we hope) and they will not be judged on their own. The past 2 years we have finished 6th in the Region and in 2006 we were 7th place. Class 5A East is one of the most competitive classes in the entire state, with the only two bands that have ever won the Class 5A championship in our Region (Lafayette and Dunbar).
